William P. Hobby Airport in Houston, Texas is one of the major international airports in the state. It is considered to be the oldest among all the commercial airports in Houston. Opened in 1969, the airport closed shortly after the opening of the Houston Intercontinental. After a few years, HOU-William P. Covering a total area of 528 hectares, it still features its original art deco in its terminal building.
