A favorite of many children tourists, Magna Science Adventure Centre is a refurbished steel mill featuring a collection of Steelos produced by the company Steel, Peech and Tozer. Its most famous exhibit is the “Big Melt” which shows how steel is melted. This demonstration uses a mix of spark flame, smoke machine, and a stunning light show display to amuse its guests. There is also a play area for children called Aqua-Tek and Sci-Tek.  Magna Science Adventure Centre is a multi-awarded facility in Sheffield that often gets credited for their ingenious and interactive displays.
